Dynamic Analysis of Blood and Saliva Biomarkers Before and After Inhalation of Suisonia
Studies in Basic Science Research Division have clarified several mechanisms proving that suisonia is extremely beneficial for health.
1) Factor that is revealed from Human Clinical Trials
Effects Analysis of Suisonia towards Blood Biomarkers
- Increase in production of CD106 (sVCAM-1) soluble
- Nitrate Ions (NO3–) Production
- Active suppression of angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE)
- Suppression on production of soluble Tie2 (sTie2)

Clinical data of a healthly person who did suisonia inhalation (90 Minutes session)
Tie2 is a receptor (protein) that manifest in
Vascular endothelial cells.
When angiopoietin-1, a chemical secreted from cells on the outer wall of blood vessels binds to Tie2, adhesion between the endometrial and parietal cells is induced, which stabilizes the blood vessel itself.
When the production of soluble Tie2 (sTie2) in the blood is suppressed, the activity of Tie2 becomes active and protects the blood vessel while prevent aging.
Increase in strength, stability, and flexibility of the Vascular endothelium was observed
2) Factor that is revealed from Human Clinical Trials
Effects Analysis of Suisonia towards Blood Biomarkers
- Inflammation related substances(sCD62E・sCD62L)Production Inhibition
- Inflammation related substances(sCD44・sCD54)Production Inhibition
Estimation of the degree of disease activity during inflammatory conditions, the strength of cancer cell proliferation, etc.
These substances are released into blood when inflammations within vascular endothelial cell occurs
Biomarkers in blood (sCD62E / sCD62L and sCD44 / sCD54) increased when inflammation caused by diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and cancer is present.

Effects in suppressing inflammation was shown
3) Factor that is revealed from Human Clinical Trials
Observing effects of “suisonia” in salivary biomarkers
- Increased production of IL-1β
- Increased production of PGE2 (Prostaglandin E2)
- Increased production of fungi (mold) and influenza virus-specific IgA2 antibodies

IL-1β ・・・Activation
● Effects in innate immune systems and acquired immune systems
● Fever-inducing protein produced from monocytes and macrophages
● IgA2 Antibodies・・・Increased immunity
● Effects in mucosal and intestinal immune systems
Effects on increasing overall immunity was observed

Study of antioxidant effect of “Suisonia”
What is oxidation?
- Our body uses oxygen to produce energy, but at the same time active oxygen is constantly generated when oxygen is being used.
- Active oxygen, which is said to be caused by lifestyle-related diseases, has the advantage of decomposing foreign substances and toxic substances in the body. But it can also damage cells, whle causing various diseases and speeding up aging.
What is Antioxidant Effect?
- Hydrogen works the excellent way as an antioxidant. To be specific, it reacts only with toxic active oxygen and remove them by changing it to harmless water (sweat / urine).
Recently, it has been reported that active oxygen is generated in the body when anticancer drugs is administered for cancer treatment and when under hyperglycemic condition.
The MLS Research Institute is energetically conducting research on the antioxidant effect of “suisonia”, a steam mixture containing hydrogen against anti-cancer drugs and active oxygen generated in hyperglycemic conditions.
Suisonia’s antioxidant effect towards
active oxygen generated by anti-cancer drug

It has been observed that active oxygen generated by the anticancer drug (paclitaxel) has been completely removed by “suisonia”. This result strongly suggests that “suisonia” has antioxidant effect.
